Dr. Justin Jue joined the Juanita Vision Clinic in February of 2011 and then purchased JVC from Dr. Griff in August of 2011. Since then, he has been busy at the clinic manintaining the same philosphy that Dr. Griff has created for JVC. He is very passionate in caring for his patients and believes in educating patients of their eye conditions, so that they can better maintain their eye health and vision.

Dr. Jue is a Renton, Washington native and is a graduate of the University of Washington and received his Washington State teaching certification and BS in Business Education from Central Washington University. He moved to the windy city to complete his doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry. Now that he is back home in Washington, he looks forward to combining his educational experience into his thorough eye exams and strives to provide patients with a wonderful experience.

In his spare time, Dr. Jue loves to golf, hike, and complete honey-do lists provided by his lovely wife.

Dr. Natalie Lam joined the family at the Juanta Vision Clinic in August of 2011. Dr. Lam strives to provide an informative eye care experience and enjoys being a resource for her patients.

Dr. Lam grew up in Kent and Sammamish, Washington. She received her Associates degree from Bellevue Community College and received a BS in Biology from Central Washington University. Dr. Lam moved to Chicago, where she obtained her doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry with clinical honors. Although she loved the sites of Chicago, she was very happy to come back home to the green and beautiful pacific northwest!

When Dr. Lam is not seeing patients, she enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, and creating honey-do lists for her wonderful husband.

Jan was born and raised in southern California. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.A. in English.

She began her optical journey in 1985 starting as an apprentice optician then became certified by the American Board of Opticianry.  We certainly believe
 and have been told that Jan is one of the best Opticians in the region.  When selecting glasses for someone Jan will take the time to consider the whole person including coloring, face shape, prescription, personality, occupation and lifestyle so that the perfect frame style, material and lenses are selected. Jan is also is an expert teaching those first time contact lens wearers.

Outside of Juanita Vision Clinic Jan like’s to read, travel, cook, tend her vegetable garden in the summer months and walk in the great outdoors.

When your uncorrected vision is 20/600 finding an eye doctor you are happy with is a big deal! After a lengthy journey and many attempts Shana found herself in the exam chair at Juanita Vision Clinic. She was positively thrilled with the care that she received. She was equally thrilled when Dr. Griff offered her the opportunity to join her practice as the billing manager and insurance specialist in 2006. Shana left her former job of 7 years at a local health insurance company and discovered immediately that she had become part of an office dedicated to providing great patient care and a positive uplifting environment.  Shana has also branched out from her initial position and has become an outstanding optician.

When Shana is not at Juanita Vision Clinic she enjoys photography and camping with her husband.

Lindsey graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. in Biochemistry and a minor in math. Her science and math background and her thirst for knowledge make her very adept at her job. We are fortunate to have another staff member that is so smart and talented!

In her spare time she likes to snowboard, mountain bike, kayak, rollerblade and eat sushi.

Richard came to us from the far reaches of the barren wastelands of Alaska. He graduated from University of Washington with a degree in middle eastern studies, but realized his true passion lies in optometry.  An avid frisbee player and snowboarder, he spends his nights cooking bacon popcorn and sampling fine wines.

Kevin has been a patient at Juanita Vision Clinic since the 4^th grade.  He is a Juanita High School graduate and he began working at the clinic on a part-time basis during his sophomore year. Kevin has been part of the Juanita Vision Clinic family ever since, assisting with office duties as needed.

Kevin is working towards his degree in Political Science, and in his off time, enjoys sports, movies, and reading.
